# Archive Submission

> Archive a patient's form submission.

Archived submissions drop out of the chart and no longer count as a completed
form, so a service-attached form is re-sent on the next booking, letting the
patient re-fill a submission that was incomplete or filled out incorrectly.

Archiving does not unwind the data the submission produced (measurements,
documents, health fields, etc.); the patient's subsequent submission
overwrites it.
