AI Scribe Explained
The AI Scribe works by:- Recording the appointment (voice or video)
- Transcribing what was said
- Extracting key clinical information

- You review and edit before saving
How It Works
During Appointment:- Open patient appointment
- Click Start Scribe
- AI listens to conversation
- You provide care normally
- Click Stop Scribe when done
- AI processes recording
- Creates transcript
- Generates draft note

Starting a Recording
Before Appointment:- Go to appointment in calendar
- Click Create Note
- Choose AI Scribe
- Click Record
- Device starts recording
- Speak naturally

- System starts processing
- Takes 5-15 minutes typically
- Generates draft note
- Sends notification when ready
