Viewing Your Memberships

Go to Memberships
Click Inventory in the menu, then Memberships

See your plans
Each row shows a membership with its price, how many members you have, and total revenue

Click the arrow on the left to expand and see what’s included
What’s Included in a Membership?
A membership can include any combination of:- Credits - A monthly dollar amount patients can use toward any service
- Discounts - Percentage off certain services or products
- Included services - Specific treatments covered by the membership
- Rollover - Whether unused credits carry over to next month
Creating a New Membership

Click Add Membership
Top right corner of the page

Set the basics
- Name - What patients will see (e.g., “Gold Membership”)
- Price - How much to charge
- Billing frequency - Monthly, quarterly, or annually

Add benefits
Choose what members get:
- Monthly credits to spend
- Discounts on services
- Free included services

Enrolling a Patient
There are two ways to enroll patients:From the Membership Page

Find the membership
Locate it in your list

The three dots (⋮) on the right

Select Add New Member
Search for and select the patient

Complete enrollment
Set the start date and payment method
From the Patient’s Profile

Go to the patient
Open their profile

Go to Memberships tab
Click the Memberships tab on the left

Click Enroll
Choose which membership to add them to
Viewing Members
To see who’s enrolled in a membership:1
Find the membership
Locate it in your list

Click the member count
The number in the “Members” column is a link

View member list
See all enrolled patients with their status and next billing date
Editing a Membership

Select Edit
Opens the membership settings

Make changes
Update name, price, or benefits

Save
Changes apply to new enrollments (existing members keep their current terms)
Archiving a Membership
No longer offering a membership? Archive it:1

Select Archive
Confirm the action
Archiving prevents new enrollments, but existing members keep their membership and benefits until they cancel.

You’ll receive an alert, and the patient will be notified to update their payment method. Their benefits may be suspended until payment is successful.

Yes, you can cancel a membership at any time from the patient’s profile. You can also configure whether to prorate their final month.

This depends on how you set up the membership. You can configure whether credits expire at the end of each month or roll over.

Yes! Create multiple memberships with different price points and benefits (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum).
Troubleshooting
