View Stock Levels
Navigate to Stock
Go to Inventory → Stock
Browse products
See current stock levels for all tracked products
Filter by status
Filter to show low stock or out of stock items
Adjust Stock
Find product
Locate the product in the list
Click Adjust
Opens adjustment form
Enter adjustment
- Set new quantity, or
- Enter +/- adjustment amount
Add reason
Select reason: restock, sale, damage, count adjustment
Stock Status
| Status | Description |
|---|
| In Stock | Above reorder threshold |
| Low Stock | Below threshold but not zero |
| Out of Stock | Zero quantity |
Low stock items may trigger alerts if notifications are configured.
View History
Click on a product to see its stock adjustment history:
- Date and time
- Previous quantity
- New quantity
- Reason
- User who made the change
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |

| Stock not updating | Refresh page after adjustment |
| Can’t adjust | Check permissions |
| History missing | Check date range filter |
