Viewing Your Carts

Open the Carts page
Click Billing in the main menu, then select Carts

Browse the list
You’ll see all carts with the patient name, items, total amount, and status

Find a specific cart
Use the search bar to find carts by patient name, phone number, or item name
Creating a New Cart

Click Create Cart
Look for the Create Cart button in the top right corner

Select a patient
Search for an existing patient or create a new one

Add items
Browse your services and products, clicking to add them to the cart

Apply discounts (optional)
Add any applicable discounts or promotional pricing

Save the cart
The cart is saved automatically and ready for checkout whenever you need it
What Can You Do With a Cart?
Convert to a Charge (Checkout)
When the patient is ready to pay, convert the cart to a charge:1
Open the cart
Click on the cart you want to check out

Click Convert to Charge
Find this option in the actions menu (three dots)

Process payment
You’ll be taken to the checkout screen to collect payment
Send as a Quote
Want the patient to review pricing before committing? Send them a quote:1
Open a cart
Click on the cart you want to send as a quote

Click Create & Send Quote

Set quote details
Add an expiration date and any notes for the patient

Choose delivery method
Send via text message or email
Patients receive a link where they can review the quote and accept or decline it. You’ll be notified of their response.
Make a Copy
Need to create a similar order for another visit?1
Open the cart
Click on the cart you want to copy

Click Duplicate
A new cart is created with the same items

Make changes
Adjust items, quantities, or assign to a different patient
Understanding Cart Status

| Draft | Work in progress - you can still edit this cart |
| Accepted | Patient accepted the quote you sent |
| Rejected | Patient declined the quote |
| Converted | Cart was checked out and payment was processed |
| Abandoned | Cart was inactive for too long |
| Expired | The cart or quote passed its expiration date |

How long do carts last?
Carts remain available until they’re converted to a charge, expire, or are deleted. You can set expiration dates when creating quotes.

No, once a quote is sent, the cart is locked. If you need to change pricing, create a new cart and send a new quote.

Carts that remain inactive for an extended period are automatically marked as abandoned. You can still access them but may want to review if the items and pricing are still current.

Yes, any staff member with billing access can view and edit draft carts.
