Invoices

The Invoices page manages outstanding debt collection and patient outreach for unpaid balances. View, filter, and manage invoices, create new ones, and track payment status.

View Invoices

Navigate to Invoices

Go to BillingInvoices

Review invoice list

See patient name, amount, status, due date, and creation date

Filter and sort

Use filters for status, date range, amount, or patient

Create Invoices

Click Create Invoices

Button in top right corner

Redirected to checkout

Select charges to include in the invoice

Generate and send

Invoice created and sent to patient

Invoice Actions

Click on an invoice row to view details, then choose from available actions:

Invoice Statuses

Overdue invoices may trigger automated reminder workflows if configured in settings.
