Filter Appointments
By Provider

In the sidebar or filter dropdown

Check providers to display, uncheck to hide

View Appointment Details
Click any appointment block to see:- Patient name and contact info
- Service type and duration
- Provider assigned
- Appointment status
- Notes and special instructions
Create Appointment

Click empty time slot
Or use the Add Appointment button

Fill details
Patient, service, provider, date/time, duration, location, notes

Save
Appointment appears on calendar
Reschedule (Drag & Drop)

Click and hold appointment
Appointment becomes draggable

Drag to new time
Visual indicator shows placement

Release to drop
Confirm the change if prompted
Resize Duration
Hover over the bottom edge of an appointment, then drag up or down to adjust duration.Change Status
Click appointment → select new status from the dropdown:| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Confirmed appointment |
| Checked In | Patient has arrived |
| In Progress | Appointment underway |
| Completed | Appointment finished |
| No Show | Patient didn’t arrive |
| Cancelled | Appointment cancelled |

- Toggle Sidebar: Arrow button to expand/collapse
- Mini Calendar: Click dates to jump to that day

Color Coding
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Provider colors | Each provider has a unique color |
| Gray/Strikethrough | Cancelled appointments |
| Faded | Past appointments (if enabled) |
| Blocked pattern | Unavailable time slots |
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Calendar not loading | Refresh page, check connection |
| Appointments missing | Check provider/location filters |
| Can’t drag appointments | Check permissions or drag setting |
| Wrong time zone | Check profile time zone settings |
| Slow performance | Reduce visible providers, use day view |
