Appointment Calendar The Calendar page is the primary appointment management interface. View appointments in day, week, or month format with filtering, navigation, and comprehensive appointment management.
Navigation
Previous/Next Arrow buttons to navigate between time periods
Today Jump back to current date
View Selector Switch between Day, Week, and Month views
Filter Appointments By Provider
Open provider filter
In the sidebar or filter dropdown
Select providers
Check providers to display, uncheck to hide
View filtered calendar
Only selected providers’ appointments shown
By Location
Open location selector
In the filter area
Select locations
Multi-select supported
View Appointment Details Click any appointment block to see:
Patient name and contact info
Service type and duration
Provider assigned
Appointment status
Notes and special instructions
Create Appointment
Click empty time slot
Or use the Add Appointment button
Fill details
Patient, service, provider, date/time, duration, location, notes
Save
Appointment appears on calendar
Reschedule (Drag & Drop)
Click and hold appointment
Appointment becomes draggable
Drag to new time
Visual indicator shows placement
Release to drop
Confirm the change if prompted
Cannot drag to blocked times or create overlaps (unless practice allows).
Resize Duration Hover over the bottom edge of an appointment, then drag up or down to adjust duration.
Change Status Click appointment → select new status from the dropdown:
Status Meaning Scheduled Confirmed appointment Checked In Patient has arrived In Progress Appointment underway Completed Appointment finished No Show Patient didn’t arrive Cancelled Appointment cancelled
Cancel Appointment
Click appointment
Opens details view
Click Cancel
Select cancellation reason if required
Confirm
Appointment marked as cancelled
