Prerequisites: The Marketing module must be enabled for your clinic. Ask your administrator to turn it on if you don’t see this page.
Growth Platforms is where you tell Decoda about the channels your clinic uses to attract patients — ad accounts you run, social pages you post on, and any other places leads come from. Connecting an ad platform pulls campaign data into Decoda so you can compare spend against bookings and revenue. Adding a custom platform gives you a label that staff can pick from when tagging the source of a lead. Where to find it: Go to Settings and select Growth Platforms under the Growth group in the sidebar. The page has two sections:
  • Ad Integrations — One-click connections to Google Ads and Meta Ads using OAuth.
  • Custom Platforms — A list of every other channel where your clinic has a presence (Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, a referral partner, etc.).

Ad Integrations

Decoda supports direct connections to two ad platforms:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram ads)
Connecting an ad account lets Decoda read campaign performance so it can sit alongside your lead and revenue data on the Growth Dashboard.

Connect an Ad Account

1

Open Growth Platforms

Go to Settings > Growth Platforms. Find the card for Google Ads or Meta Ads under Ad Integrations.
2

Click Connect

A small popup window opens and takes you to the ad platform’s sign-in page.
3

Sign in and Authorize

Sign in with the account that owns your ad campaigns and grant Decoda access. The popup closes automatically when you’re done.
4

Confirm the Status

The card on the Growth Platforms page now shows Connected.
Make sure popups aren’t blocked for your Decoda site, or the authorization window won’t open.

Reconnect or Disconnect

If your authorization expires or you switch ad accounts, click Reconnect on the card and repeat the sign-in flow. To remove the connection entirely, click Disconnect. Disconnecting stops Decoda from pulling any further campaign data from that platform.

Custom Platforms

Custom platforms are free-form labels for any channel that doesn’t have a direct integration — for example a Facebook page, an Instagram profile, a Yelp listing, or a referral partner’s website. Once added, the platform appears as a selectable source when staff create or update a lead.

Add a Custom Platform

1

Open Growth Platforms

Go to Settings > Growth Platforms.
2

Click Add Platform

A side panel slides open.
3

Fill in the Details

  • Name (required) — How the platform shows up in lead pickers (e.g. TikTok, Yelp, Local Newspaper).
  • URL (optional) — A link to your presence on that platform (e.g. https://tiktok.com/@yourclinic). This is for reference only.
4

Click Add Platform

The new platform appears in the Custom Platforms table.

Edit a Platform

Click Edit on a row to update the name or URL. Changes apply immediately to the lead picker.

Status

Each row shows whether the platform is Active or Inactive. Inactive platforms stay in the list for historical reporting but don’t appear when staff are choosing a source for a new lead.

How This Connects to the Rest of Decoda

  • Lead Pipelines (Settings > Lead Pipelines) define the stages a lead moves through. Platforms describe where a lead came from.
  • Growth > Leads is where staff tag each lead with a platform.
  • Growth > Dashboard uses platform data — including spend pulled from Google Ads and Meta Ads — to show channel performance, ROAS, and attribution.
