How It Works
The hourly rate is stored in dollars (for example, $25.00 per hour). When a provider clocks in and out, the system records their hours. The pay calculation is: Hours Worked x Hourly Rate = Hourly Pay Setting the hourly rate to zero or leaving it blank means no hourly pay is calculated for that provider, even if they have clock-in records.Viewing Hourly Pay
Hourly pay appears on the Billing > Staff Pay page. For each provider with an hourly rate and clock-in records:- The Hourly Pay column shows their total pay for the selected date range.
- Expanding the provider row shows a day-by-day breakdown: hours worked, the rate, and the pay earned each day.
- Each day’s entry links to the Clock-In History page for more detail.
