Finding a permission
The permissions tab for a role can be long. Use the search box at the top of the tab to narrow it down — type any part of a permission’s name or its description (for example, “invoice”) and the list shows only the matching permissions. Groups with nothing that matches are hidden while you search. Clear the box to bring the full list back. While a search is active you can still switch individual permissions on and off. The group-level and “All Permissions” switches turn back on once you clear the search, so they always apply to the full list rather than to a filtered subset.Access

Staff with View Inventory but not Manage Inventory can open the inventory screens and see stock, suppliers, shipments, and purchase orders, but the actions that change them — add, edit, archive, transfer, drawdown, and the like — stay hidden.
