Order a Device
New clinics order their first terminal during setup, on the Card terminal step that follows Billing. Already up and running? Go to Settings → Payment Management → POS Devices and click Order a Terminal. You can order again whenever you need another one. Either way: each option shows its price and features — pick one, set how many you need, and click Place order. The screen shows the address your terminal ships to before you buy. If your clinic has more than one location, the Order a Terminal window lets you choose which one it goes to.Only administrators can order a terminal, on either screen.
