Prerequisites: The InBody module must be turned on for your clinic, and you need a LookinBody Web account. Go to Settings > Clinical > InBody to connect it.
Connect Your Account
1
Enter your LookinBody details
On the Connection tab, enter your Account name and API key. You can find both on the InBody Developers Setup page. Optionally pick a Unit setting; Decoda works out units from each scan, so most clinics can leave it blank. Click Connect. Decoda checks the key with LookinBody before saving it.
2
Finish setup in InBody
Under Finish setup in InBody, copy the Webhook URL, Header name, and Header value. On the InBody Developers Setup page, add a webhook pointing at that URL with a custom header using that name and value. Do this before your first scan.
3
Take a test scan
Scan someone on the device. Last delivery received updates once Decoda hears from InBody.
How Scans Find the Right Patient
Decoda matches each scan to a patient by the phone number, email address, or name and date of birth entered on the device. Make sure the phone number on the device is the same one on the patient’s record in Decoda. When a scan can’t be placed, a notice appears at the top of the InBody settings page:- couldn’t be matched to a patient — Decoda has the results but found nobody who matches. Fix the patient’s phone number or email in Decoda, then click Try again, or assign the scan by hand (below).
- need review in LookinBody Web — LookinBody is holding the scan. Review it in LookinBody Web, then click Dismiss this notice.
- couldn’t be downloaded from LookinBody — The device reported the scan but the results never arrived. Click Try again and check back in a few minutes.
